Watch the charming horror of London's Night Bus nightlife.
The London night bus has long been the capital's transient living room where unlikely friendships are forged, arguments about bell-ringing etiquette get out of hand and one night stands are born (yes, really). This month, a new Channel 4 fixed-rig documentary series is set to capture all the crudely entertaining happenings from London's night bus system - a double-decker microcosm of the capital's diverse macrocosm filled with colourful characters, late-night shift workers, people with places to go in the middle of the night and stories you never want to tell the morning after. But before you tune-in, here's everything you need to know...
Which night bus does it follow?
The N29. Anyone who's boarded this bus will know it's a uniquely depressing route. Starting in Trafalgar Square (the alighting point for inebriated West-End clubbers), trundling to Tottenham Court Road (more belching West-end clubbers), continuing to Camden (enter: tourists and freshers) and ending in the Wood Green (a sobering thought), Channel 4 have hand-picked the juiciest of all the night bus routes to host their fly-on-the-window documentary.
